The copier in the office is acting up lately. It is very slow and always prompts paper jam. To think that it was just purchased last year and very expensive too! The technician already paid some visits but it did not improve at all! I could still remember when it was still brande new. The processing was smooth and it gave an excellent performance. Now, the head of the office admin has to provide us with a new copier again in such a short time. I wonder if he would consider to look in Used Copiers this time. Well, the price is definitely lower, I suppose.

Well, it is not like that I pig out,huh! I had dinner with my team mates last night and since I am not on a diet, (well, I finished another bout of the three day diet two days ago) but I could eat foods with oil and some chicken with fat! The dinner was sumptuous but what I really enjoyed was the company of my team mates. Most of them are actually my best buddies at the workplace too! Except for the absence of one, we were almost complete.

No white, blue, black and brown. Is one of thes your favorite color? Well, if you are going to attend our party, you could not wear one of those! Yes, the organizers of the party would like the event to be bright and colorful! I am expecting now to see yellows, greens,reds, orange and other rainbow colors! I am sure that it would be fun. I hope I could attend. I have my check up with my OB today. Well, I would like to hear some good news!

We're back in business

You could not hear a single whisper again when you visit our department. Everybody is busy. The only noise is the sound of those keyboards being pressed. We are back in business. Busy as the bees again! That is healthy meaning we have work to do. One of our officemates was afraid at one point that we are sort of over manned.

Our system enhancement is long overdue. Not only our clients are going nuts but we also are.
While we are seem to be idling in our crib this week, we expect that there will be working lunches in the coming weeks and with over flowing recommended over time.
I know the system will be a perfect tool but the transition period is just a real pain in the neck.

The system enhancement in the office is still not over. We were unable to use the tool the whole day making us not-so productive.

Aside from attending the team meeting to buy ourselves time, what else did I do? Definitely not counting jumping sheeps!

I am bracing myself again. Hoping for the best and expecting for the worst.
Tomorrow’s definitely another day.

Thankful and wishful

After over a year, we were back to Isdaan in Gerona, Tarlac.

On our first visit, we were just three. I even wrote an article about it here. All three of us made our wishes. Mine has come true as well as She’s. I just do not know with Michelle because she did not share her wish or wishes with us then (wink-wink).

This year, we’ve got the pack with us. We were seven which is much cooler!

This Buddha has changed. It used to be gray or colorless. Now, it’s Golden which made wishing more exciting!

I wish that our well wishes will be granted.

No more work on Sundays!

Whew! It was the second Sunday in a row that I had to go to office to work! Thank goodness that next week, I will be on RD on Friday and Sunday! In fairness to my supervisor, he tries to grant our requests if the schedule give by the workforce would permit it. It is just that, most of the time, we had to go to office during weekends. It is becoming more tiring during those days because there are only few people who are present. Much more if one would render an SL or EL.

Where is my groove?

It is my second week in the office and I have not gotten back my usual groove to work yet! Well, I am doing my job fairly because my accuracy ratings are still perfect but I just go to the office to work period. I do not know. Maybe I am just used to being home since I have been there for almost the whole duration of my pregnancy. Before, I was excited to go back since I am bored to death inside the house. Now, I appreciate being home. It is still better. Who could complain being paid while on vacation? Lol!

I am back at the office! I was excited to see my friends for the first time after I gave birth. They were not able to visit me because of their busy schedules. Yes, I fully understand. Most of my friends have their own families too and little kids at that. I know now how tedious the life of a working mother could be. Am I glad to be back? For the only reason that I could be with my office friends and to earn, of course, I would say, I am fine with it. I miss every second though that I am away from my lovely daughter.
