I’d like to keep my promise so I’m back. I’m just so glad that everyone in the family loved my first attempt at Coriander Lemon Chicken. Though, I am not really a fan of coriander but at least they all loved it. Just seeing their satisfied faces is enough reward for me already. As if the dish is intricate. It’s just one of the easiest actually. Just have to fry the chicken until golden brown then put chicken broth, lemon, coriander, cream and voila! You already have lunch or dinner. I just love cooking now. I remember when I was still unmarried that all I want to do is eat and not care about how the food is prepared and done now I love to do everything. It’s very heartwarming that my friends in the office devoured the creamy tuna spaghetti that I brought them for snack today. They said that it’s one of the best tasting spaghetti ever! I’m just so flattered that’s why I plan to learn more new recipes so I can make my loved ones happy.
