Happy Birthday Mom!
On October 15 the greatest person I know who has lived to be the most amazing woman here on Earth has celebrated her 70th birthday, my best friend, my confidante, and my pillar of strength… my MOM. Mom has always been selfless never selfish. In fact she chose not to work not because she’s not capable of doing so but because she chose to take care of us her children over her career. She could have been an executive or a CEO of a large firm but she devoted her whole time being our friend, protector, promoter, care giver, biggest fan and our number one ally. With all these hats that she has been wearing for so many years now, she has surpassed the duties of a counselor, law enforcer, doctor, manager and almost all the jobs in the world rolled into one. It is true that the hardest job of all is that of a Mother. And I am a Mom myself and I would like to impart to Sophie every little thing that my Mom has ever taught me. We treated her to her favorite restaurant last Saturday and we had so many gifts for her. She was so happy and said that all her hardships were all worth it because she was given loving and wonderful children like us. Sheesh, she made us all cry in the resto! I love you very much Mom! Happy 70th Birthday. Thank you Lord for her.
