Goodbye, Dumb…bells!

I saw a picture of me in a sleeveless dress taken at my daughter’s 1st birthday party. And I must say that I looked like a big tub of lard there, no let me correct that I was extremely huge in that pic, my arms seemed like the wooden thingy that cavemen used for protection. I am not exaggerating that’s why I’m really decided now that I will not just diet but will engage myself in real exercise as well. And having said that, I don’t mean simple stretching only but rigorous resistance training. Dumbbells are completely out of the question that’s why I’ll be using Kettlebells already. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. I need to lose weight fast and trim my flabby arms more importantly because it’s what’s making me look fat. According to one popular cosmetologist here in the country, your arms will either make or break your appearance. And I absolutely agree with her that’s why starting tomorrow I’d say Goodbye to Dumbbells and say Hello to Kettlebells.

    Why are dumbbells out of the question? Lifting weights is one of the best things you can do for both your bones and your muscles. I know that there are lots of folks out there reinventing the wheel, but it seems silly when weights are so good at their job.
