A Scrumptious Lunch

Yesterday, hubby left the house very early to attend to our business. Yaya Tata and I were left with nothing to eat for lunch. Since Sophie sleeps very late already, as late as 3 a.m. We don’t have the vigor to wake up in the morning for breakfast. That’s why we usually take our brunch between 12 to 1 p.m. Hubby said that we only have hotdogs and eggs in the refrigerator. I thought “Wow, that’s super!” So I decided to call my ever dependable and reliable Mom and asked her what can I do with it. And mom said that all I need is a tomato sauce and I can work magic with it. So I asked our helper to buy tomato sauce from the nearest store and when she got home I took out my magic wand from the closet and said the magic words and Viola, lunch is served! Well, it did not happen exactly that way but I still ended up with a delectable Egg and Sausage Sarciado. A head of onion, six cloves of garlic, tomato sauce, catsup, cornstarch, salt, pepper and of course hard boiled eggs and fried sausages = a very hearty lunch! Hubby even went home to have a taste of it. Actually, he ended finishing it all up, he! he! And mind you Yaya doesn’t eat anything with tomato sauce in it but still she had a second helping of my special menu for the day. It must have tasted really good, ha! ha!
