Commercializing the city

I just got off the phone with my friend who just came from the mall. She is ranting about the traffic jam she went through in a city in the metro where the commercial real estate is booming.
I just told her that well, people cannot stay under the rock forever. That is what you call commercialization of the developing country.
This is the part where I enjoy bed rest orders. Hohum.
