That is the term that popped into my mind when I realized how conscious we are in the office thinking of our ratings. Yes, we are being rated every year. Some companies may also have this. Ours, we have revalidas and our daily productivity is being graded based on accuracy. Would you believe that the passing grade for that is 98%? But of course, I could not argue more because I will just put my feet in the company’s shoes. We also own a business and we do not like any losses because of carelessness. That would mean monetary exposure.
