Not by mere talent

The success of a restaurant depends on the quality of the food it serves. That is why owners of these establishments take into consideration the chef school the cook they are going to get graduated from. They have list of the best culinary schools and if the applicant came from there, it will be a plus factor. There are many people though that just landed on this industry by mere talent and not without proper training. I think that going to a culinary school is a must to hone those skills.
